2.1. Elinor Ltd provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and office cleaning
  • Deep cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

3. Use of the Website

3.1. You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, including unauthorized copying of content, fraudulent bookings, or hacking attempts, is strictly prohibited.
3.2. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Website access at our sole discretion.
3.3. The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


4. Booking and Service Agreements

4.1. Service requests can be made via the Website, phone, or email. A request does not constitute a binding contract.
4.2. A service agreement is formed only upon written confirmation (via email or invoice) from Elinor Ltd.
4.3. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.


5. Prices and Payments

5.1. Prices are listed on the Website but may be updated without prior notice.
5.2. For non-standard services, a custom quote will be provided. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
5.3. Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be made before or immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfers and cash (credit/debit card payments may be available upon request).
    5.4. Late Payment & Non-Payment:
  • If payment is not received by the agreed due date, we reserve the right to cancel services, apply late fees, or take legal action.
  • A £25 late fee may apply for overdue payments, plus statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.
6.2. Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice → No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice50% of the service price will be charged.
  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access → Full service charge applies.
    6.3. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Elinor Ltd.

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, particularly for pre-existing stains, damage, or wear and tear.
7.2. Exclusions of Liability: We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by faulty appliances, furniture, or surfaces in your property.
  • Existing damage that is aggravated during cleaning.
  • Accidental damage where proper care has been taken.
  • Service delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, or staff illness (force majeure).

7.3. Reporting Claims:

  • You must report any issues or damages immediately during or within 12 hours after service completion.
  • Claims made after this period will not be considered.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7.4. Insurance:

  • We carry Public Liability Insurance. However, clients are responsible for insuring their own property.

8. Personal Data & Marketing

8.1. We collect and process personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
8.2. Data may be used for service delivery, customer support, and marketing (e.g., promotions). You may opt out of marketing at any time.
8.3. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All Website content (text, images, logos, service descriptions) is the property of Elinor Ltd or used with permission.
9.2. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Transport disruptions
  • Strikes or industrial action

11.2. If a force majeure event occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule services where feasible.
